Details
Beschreibung:
Dough:
1. 300g rye flour
2. 2-3 teaspoonful of soyflour
3. 100g demerara sugar
4. 150g soy margarine
5. 1 teaspoonful of baking soda
6. 3 tablespoonful of water or soymilk
Stuffing:
1. 4-5 middlesized apples
2. 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon
Streusel/Crumble:
1. 150g rye flour
2. 120 soy margarine
3. 100g demerara sugar
4. a small pinch salt
How?
1. First of all mix flour, sugar and baking soda in a nice colored big cup. ;)
2. After that you have to melt the margarine and mix it to the flour-sugar-soda stuff. Add water or soymilk after the magarine step too.
3. Put the dough in a baking form and put the wonderful smelling apples inside. I guess you may cut them first in fine little pieces. Most suitable in slices. Don’t be shy now and sprinkle my most loved cinnamon over our fruity friends.
4. Ok are you ready for the streusel-part? Do it like the main dough just with a little pinch of salt. Crumble that dough over the cinnamoned apples and give it a kiss for goodbye.
5. Up, up in the oven at 175°C for 40-45 minutes.
