You love cheesecake but don't want to do it with animal products? Here is the soluion! Fantastic taste and so easy to do.
→ Tofu-Filling:
* 400g soy yoghurt
* 400g silktofu
* 175 margarine
* 2 sachet vanilla sugar
* 5-6 tablespoonfull of cane sugar
* 3 tablespoonfull of soy flour mixed with 6 tablespoonfull of water or soy/oat/rice milk
* 3-4 tablespoonfull of vegan vanilla pudding powder
* 2 tablespoonfull of semolina
* paring and juice of a middle sized lemon
→Dough:
* 200g rye flour
* 50g spelt wheat flour
* 150g cane sugar
* 100g margarine
* small pinch of salt
* 1 teaspoonfull of baking soda
* 3 tablespoonfull of water
→How to do?
1. Dough: Mix up all needed ingredients and make a nice and smooth dough.
2. Put it in a round and greased springform pan and build a high brim.
3. Filling: Mix up all needed ingredients and mash it all together with an immersion blender. After that put it in the sprinform with the prepared dough.
4. Now put the delicious looking cake into the 200°C pre-heated oven. Let it there for 50 minutes on 175°C.
5. For the last 10 minutes you have to put kitchen foil over it.
6. After baking the cake need to cool down otherwise the filling will not be stable.

Ich fänd`s schöner, wenn das Rezept auch in Deutsch verfügbar wäre. Eidieweil ja nu nich jede/r so ganz gut Englisch versteht, gelle? Nix für ungut. (Mein Keesekuchen ist übrigens auch hier gelistet.)
